About the building : It was built last year, the whole building is managed by the people who built it, they are incredibly friendly and help with any repairs needed. The flat comes with washer/dryer, washing machine, cellar, outdoor bike shed, wifi included in price. There is a parking garage and if there are free spots one can be rented. The place is good for singles or couples. About the area : The flat is 3min walk to Sihlau train station. Great for outdoor activities, with river and forest nearby. Nearest shop is 10min away in Adliswil. About the neighbours : All are between 27-40, mix of nationalities, very friendly, there is a WhatsApp group and people tend to hang out together. About me : I will be moving away from Switzerland hence looking to hand over the apartment. The flat is fully furnished, I will leave pretty much everything behind, everything is pretty new, bought last year. Important the furniture has the be bought over from me for 8,000 CHF. This includes, sofa, large closet, bed, 2 mattresses (one can be placed over the couch for guests), balcony furniture, TV, tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, plants, vacuum, moss decorations, lamps etc. If you are interested, please write me a few sentences about yourself and confirm you would be OK to take over the furniture for the price.
