- Typ «Bachelor», 1.5 Zimmer, möbliert (nur wenige noch frei)
- Typ «Couple», 2.5 Zimmer, möbliert (nur wenige noch frei)
- Typ «Double», 3.5 Zimmer, möbliert, nur für Studenten (Wohngemeinschaft)
- Typ «Double+» Wohnungen, nicht möbliert, mit der Zimmernummer X08 sind ideal für Wohngemeinschaften, weil beide Schlafzimmer gleich gross sind und je über eigenes Dusch/WC verfügen
- Typ «Double+» Wohnungen, nicht möbliert, mit der Zimmernummer X03 und X04 sind ideal für Wohngemeinschaften, Einzelpersonen oder Paare

- Type "Bachelor", 1.5 room, furnished (only a few still available)
- Type "Couple", 2.5 rooms, furnished (only a few still available)
- Type "Double", 3.5 rooms, furnished, for students only (shared flat min. 2 persons per flat)
- Type "Double+" flats, not furnished, with room number X08 are ideal for flat-sharing because both bedrooms are the same size and each has its own shower/WC
- Type "Double+" flats, not furnished, with room number X03 and X04 are ideal for shared flats, singles or couples.
