Hi! I'm moving out of Geneva, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in this 5.5-room shared apartment.
Rent: CHF 1,450/month plus approximately CHF 50 in utilities every two months | Available: From November onwards
The apartment is located in the Grange-Canal neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the Eaux-Vives train station and very well connected by bus and tram. It actually falls within the municipality of Cologny, which has more favorable taxes than Geneva.
The bedroom has a private bathroom and built-in closets, and the furniture can be purchased separately (price negotiable).
The apartment includes a large furnished living room, a loggia (enclosed balcony/sunroom), and a fully equipped kitchen, with the option to rent a garage as well.
You'd be sharing the apartment with my flatmate: he's 35, works full-time, and his 7-year-old daughter stays with him in the apartment twice a week (she sleeps in his room, so it's not disruptive).
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, surrounded by green spaces on both sides. Send me a message if you're interested!
