Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Neubauwohnung mit offener Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und zwei Toiletten in Davos Platz.
Dein Zimmer wäre bereits möbiliert (1. und 2. Foto), aber natürlich mit der Option, auch eigene Möbel mitzubringen. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 200×80 cm, es lässt sich ausziehen auf 200x160 cm.
Die Miete beträgt 1350 CHF inklusive Garagenstellplatz und allen Nebenkosten.
Falls du Interesse hast oder jemanden kennst, der eine Wohnung sucht, melde dich gerne.
Ein besonderer Bonus ist die Nähe zur Piste und Loipe.

I'm looking for a roommate starting in December 2026. The apartment is a beautiful newly built flat with an open-plan kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two toilets, located on Skistrasse in Davos Platz. Your room is already furnished (see the 2 first photos), but you're of course welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer. The bed measures 200 × 80 cm and can be extended to 200 × 160 cm.
